Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 9, 2026

Welcome to BLANKWERKS.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BLANKWERKS website, online store, products, services, and related features (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms together with our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies, product-specific terms, or notices made available through our store.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, waives, shortens, or replaces any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, waived, shortened, or replaced under applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer protection law provides greater rights or protections than these Terms, the applicable mandatory law will prevail.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Service

By using the Service or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age at which you may legally enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement or authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

You may not use the Service or our products for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

3. Product Information

BLANKWERKS makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, photographs, compatibility information, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor variations may occur because of manufacturing processes, materials, photography, display settings, or normal production tolerances.

Carbon fiber is a composite material and minor variations may naturally occur in:

  • Carbon weave alignment;
  • Resin appearance;
  • Surface texture;
  • Gloss level;
  • Edge finishing; and
  • Clear coat appearance or thickness.

Minor cosmetic variations that do not materially affect the product's function, safety, structural integrity, fitment, or conformity are not by themselves considered manufacturing defects.

Nothing in this section limits any rights where a product is defective, damaged, unsafe, materially different from its description, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-conforming.

4. Product Compatibility and Fitment

Customers are responsible for reviewing the compatibility and fitment information stated on the applicable product page before ordering.

Motorcycles may vary depending on:

  • Model year;
  • Market or region;
  • Factory specifications;
  • Previous modifications;
  • Aftermarket components; or
  • Individual vehicle configuration.

If you are uncertain whether a product is compatible with your motorcycle, please contact BLANKWERKS before ordering.

Where BLANKWERKS expressly states that a product is compatible with a particular motorcycle model or model year, nothing in this section limits customer rights if that representation is materially inaccurate.

5. Installation and Use

Motorcycle components must be installed correctly and used appropriately.

Customers should follow any installation instructions, torque specifications, safety information, or other instructions supplied with the product.

Where installation requires technical knowledge, specialized tools, or safety-critical work, installation by a qualified motorcycle technician or other competent professional is recommended.

Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect fastener torque, incompatible hardware, unauthorized modification, accidents, impacts, misuse, or other causes unrelated to a manufacturing defect may not be covered by the BLANKWERKS commercial warranty.

Nothing in this section excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Road, Track, Racing, and Competition Use

Certain BLANKWERKS products may be suitable for public-road, track, circuit, racing, or competition use depending on the particular product.

Customers are responsible for determining whether the installation and use of a product complies with:

  • Local road traffic laws;
  • Vehicle modification regulations;
  • Inspection or approval requirements;
  • Motorsport regulations;
  • Competition rules; and
  • Other applicable legal or technical requirements.

A product being physically compatible with a motorcycle does not necessarily mean that its use is legally permitted on public roads in every jurisdiction.

Where BLANKWERKS expressly represents a product as approved or compliant for a particular legal use or jurisdiction, that representation remains subject to applicable law.

Track, circuit, racing, or competition use by itself does not automatically void the BLANKWERKS commercial warranty.

Damage resulting from crashes, falls, impacts, collisions, contact with road or track surfaces or barriers, improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, or other causes unrelated to a manufacturing defect may not be covered by the commercial warranty.

7. Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information submitted when placing an order is accurate and complete.

This includes:

  • Products and quantities;
  • Motorcycle model or fitment information where requested;
  • Customer name;
  • Billing information;
  • Shipping address;
  • Telephone number;
  • Email address; and
  • Other information reasonably required to fulfill the order.

After an order is placed, BLANKWERKS will normally provide an electronic order confirmation.

Where permitted by applicable law, BLANKWERKS may refuse or cancel an order before shipment for legitimate reasons including:

  • Product unavailability;
  • An obvious pricing or product information error;
  • Payment authorization failure;
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
  • Shipping or import restrictions;
  • Legal or regulatory requirements; or
  • Circumstances that make fulfillment reasonably impossible.

If BLANKWERKS cancels an order after payment has been collected, amounts paid for the cancelled order will be refunded as required by applicable law.

8. Production, Inventory, Limited-Batch Products, and Pre-Orders

Some BLANKWERKS products are available from existing inventory, while others may be produced in limited batches, manufactured or prepared after an order is placed, or offered as pre-order items.

In-stock orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Products specifically identified as pre-order, limited-production, or batch-production items will be shipped according to the estimated production or shipping schedule stated on the applicable product page or at checkout.

Estimated production and shipment dates are provided in good faith but may reasonably change because of:

  • Manufacturing schedules;
  • Quality control;
  • Product launches;
  • High order volume;
  • Public holidays;
  • Supply or logistics disruptions;
  • Customs-related issues; or
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a material delay occurs, BLANKWERKS will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

The fact that a product is sold as a pre-order, produced in a limited batch, or prepared after an order is placed does not by itself make the product non-returnable.

Where a product is personalized, customized, or manufactured according to specifications uniquely provided by the customer, different cancellation or return rules may apply where permitted by applicable law.

Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, and return rights remain unaffected.

9. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our store.

Shipping charges, applicable taxes collected by BLANKWERKS, and other amounts payable directly to BLANKWERKS will be displayed or calculated before checkout where required.

For orders shipped to the United States on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, the shipping charge may include international transportation, import duties, customs clearance charges, carrier processing charges, and other import-related costs paid by BLANKWERKS.

Any applicable sales tax is separate from import duties and may be calculated or collected at checkout where required.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.

Payments may be processed by Shopify, payment processors, card networks, financial institutions, or other third-party payment providers.

Currency conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, card issuer fees, or other charges independently imposed by banks or payment providers are outside BLANKWERKS's control.

BLANKWERKS may correct obvious pricing or typographical errors to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If an existing order is affected by a material pricing error, BLANKWERKS may contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected order where legally permitted.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Current shipping destinations, shipping methods, estimated transit times, carriers, shipping charges, tracking, delayed shipments, lost shipments, damaged shipments, and other delivery-related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

BLANKWERKS currently ships to selected international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, customs requirements, regulatory requirements, or other logistical conditions.

The destinations currently available for an order will be shown through our store or during checkout.

In-stock orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is generally 5–10 business days, unless a different estimate is stated on the applicable product page or at checkout.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier operations, local delivery conditions, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping estimates apply after dispatch and do not include production or order preparation time unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights relating to delivery, delayed delivery, loss, or damage during transportation.

11. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties;
  • VAT, GST, sales tax, or other consumption taxes;
  • Customs charges;
  • Brokerage or clearance fees; and
  • Other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, carrier, or relevant third party.

United States

Orders shipped to the United States are delivered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Applicable U.S. import duties and customs clearance charges covered by the DDP shipping service are paid by BLANKWERKS and included in the shipping charge collected at checkout.

Customers should not be required to pay additional import duties upon delivery for charges already covered by the DDP shipping service.

Any applicable sales tax is separate from import duties and may be calculated or collected at checkout where required.

Customers may still be required to provide reasonable information or documentation requested by the carrier or customs authority for customs clearance.

Other International Destinations

For destinations other than the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, import duties, VAT, GST, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements and reasonable customs requirements in their destination country.

BLANKWERKS cannot directly refund duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other amounts collected and retained by governments, customs authorities, shipping carriers, payment providers, or other third parties unless those amounts were collected directly by BLANKWERKS or applicable law requires otherwise.

For further information, please refer to our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

12. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Order cancellation, withdrawal, returns, return shipping costs, refund procedures, defective products, international return procedures, and related matters are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

BLANKWERKS generally provides a 14-day change-of-mind return policy, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges and certain non-recoverable shipping or import-related costs may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Where applicable law provides additional or greater cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, or consumer rights, the applicable mandatory law will prevail.

13. Warranty and Defective Products

In addition to any mandatory statutory rights available under applicable law, BLANKWERKS provides a 6-month limited commercial warranty beginning on the date of delivery and covering verified manufacturing defects.

Detailed warranty terms, exclusions, inspection procedures, and remedies are contained in our Refund & Return Policy.

This commercial warranty is separate from and additional to any statutory guarantee, conformity right, warranty, or remedy provided under applicable law.

The commercial warranty does not replace, shorten, or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies for defective or non-conforming products may include:

  • Repair;
  • Replacement;
  • Price reduction;
  • Partial refund; or
  • Full refund.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, intellectual property associated with BLANKWERKS and the Service is owned by BLANKWERKS or used with appropriate authorization.

This may include:

  • Brand names;
  • Logos;
  • Product designs;
  • Industrial designs;
  • Graphics;
  • Photographs;
  • Videos;
  • Illustrations;
  • CAD and 3D design materials;
  • Website layouts;
  • Written content;
  • Product descriptions; and
  • Other original materials.

Use of the Service or purchase of a BLANKWERKS product does not transfer ownership of BLANKWERKS intellectual property to the customer.

Except where permitted by applicable law or with prior written authorization from BLANKWERKS, such intellectual property may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, commercially exploited, or used to create unauthorized derivative works.

15. Customer-Submitted Content

If customers voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, feedback, or other content to BLANKWERKS, they confirm that they have the right to submit that content and that it does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person.

BLANKWERKS may use customer-submitted content for purposes reasonably related to operating, improving, or promoting the business only where permitted by applicable law and any consent or license provided by the customer.

Ownership of customer-created content does not transfer to BLANKWERKS unless separately agreed.

16. Prohibited Uses

Customers may not use the Service:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • To violate intellectual property or other legal rights;
  • To transmit malicious software or harmful code;
  • To interfere with the security or operation of the website;
  • To obtain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
  • To intentionally submit false or misleading information;
  • To misuse payment systems; or
  • In any other manner prohibited by applicable law.

BLANKWERKS may restrict access to the Service where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, payment systems, or legal rights.

17. Third-Party Services

The BLANKWERKS store may use third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, freight or logistics providers, customs-related service providers, analytics providers, social media platforms, and other service providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

BLANKWERKS is not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third parties to the extent such responsibility may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that applicable law places on BLANKWERKS in connection with its obligations to customers.

18. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected through the Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Information may be processed by Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, freight or logistics providers, customs-related service providers, and other service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, complete customs procedures, prevent fraud, provide customer support, or comply with legal obligations.

19. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Availability

Information on our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, specifications, pricing, promotions, availability, or shipping information.

BLANKWERKS may correct errors and update information where reasonably necessary.

Corrections affecting an existing order will be handled in accordance with applicable law and will not remove mandatory consumer rights.

20. Website Availability

BLANKWERKS makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, third-party service interruptions, network disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section affects obligations relating to customer orders or contracts already entered into.

21. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability or statutory remedies relating to:

  • Death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Defective, unsafe, or non-conforming products where applicable law imposes liability;
  • Products materially not as described;
  • Mandatory consumer guarantees or conformity rights; or
  • Any other matter for which liability cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BLANKWERKS will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable and that did not arise from a breach of an obligation for which BLANKWERKS is legally responsible.

22. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

BLANKWERKS will not be considered in breach of these Terms solely because performance is delayed or prevented by circumstances genuinely beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Severe weather;
  • War;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Customs disruptions;
  • Major transportation interruptions;
  • Labor disputes;
  • Major supply-chain disruptions; or
  • Widespread infrastructure failures.

Where such circumstances materially affect an existing order, BLANKWERKS will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

23. Changes to These Terms

BLANKWERKS may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in products, business practices, website functionality, services, shipping availability, or applicable legal requirements.

The Terms applicable to a particular purchase will generally be the version in effect when the order was placed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms will not retroactively remove mandatory rights relating to an existing order.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Where legally possible, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

25. Governing Law and Disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and transactions with BLANKWERKS are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

If you are a consumer residing in another country or region, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections applicable to your transaction or available under the laws that apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive any court, tribunal, jurisdiction, or dispute-resolution right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Customers are encouraged to contact BLANKWERKS first so that we can attempt to resolve disputes directly.

26. Relationship With Other Policies

These Terms should be read together with our:

  • Refund & Return Policy;
  • Shipping Policy;
  • Privacy Policy; and
  • Product-specific conditions or notices displayed before purchase.

Where a specific policy provides more detailed terms concerning its subject matter, that policy applies to that subject matter, subject to applicable mandatory law.

If an inconsistency arises between these Terms and a product-specific or subject-specific policy, the more specific provision will apply to the relevant subject matter to the extent permitted by applicable law.

No BLANKWERKS policy overrides a mandatory consumer right.

28. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, modifies, waives, shortens, or replaces any statutory consumer guarantee, legal guarantee, conformity right, delivery right, right of withdrawal or cancellation, refund right, warranty, product liability, remedy, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, modified, waived, shortened, or replaced.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory law applicable to a particular transaction, the applicable mandatory law will prevail.
