14-day returns

You may notify BLANKWERKS that you wish to return a standard product within 14 calendar days after delivery. Email blnkwerks25@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return or cancel. No reason is required for a change-of-mind return.

Contact us for return and customs instructions before posting your return. Prior approval or an RMA is not a condition for exercising a statutory cancellation right.

Product condition and return costs

Handle the product only as necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return all supplied components and, where possible, the original packaging.

The tank cover is supplied with pre-applied mounting tape. Removing the tape liner, installing the cover, modifying it or riding with it goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the product and may reduce its value. We may deduct for this diminished value only where permitted by law. This does not affect claims for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

You pay the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to pay. Returns are sent to South Korea. Use secure packaging and a tracked, insured service, and mark the parcel as "returned goods" to help avoid import charges.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially not as described, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs or videos are helpful where available.

We will provide the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by applicable law and bear reasonable return costs where we are responsible. A request for evidence or inspection does not restrict your statutory remedies.

Refunds, shipping charges and import charges

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method, without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines. Where allowed by law, we may wait until the goods are received or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first. Your payment provider may take approximately 5–10 business days to post a refund after it is issued.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns where law does not require otherwise, the original customer shipping charge is non-refundable. Import duties or taxes prepaid by us (United States orders) may be deducted only to the extent actually incurred, unrecoverable and legally deductible. An estimated amount is not automatically an unrecoverable cost. No cost will be deducted twice, and any deducted amount subsequently recovered by us will be refunded.

Import charges you paid on delivery (all destinations other than the United States) are collected by your local authorities, not by BLANKWERKS. Please ask your local postal operator or customs about reclaiming them when goods are returned.

Refused or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is refused or not collected, including because import charges were not paid, it is normally returned to us. Once received, we will refund the product price. Where permitted by law, the original shipping charge and the actual return shipping cost may be deducted. Statutory cancellation rights below take priority where they apply.

Where statutory cancellation rights require reimbursement, the rules below take priority. Defective-goods remedies remain unaffected.

UK and EU consumer cancellation rights

For standard goods purchased online by consumers in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time of ordering until 14 calendar days after the day you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, receives the goods. For one order delivered in separate parts, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

Send your cancellation by email or post to the contact details below before the deadline. Send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us. You bear the direct cost of change-of-mind return postage unless we agree otherwise or law requires otherwise.

For cancellation of the entire order, we reimburse payments received, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery option we offered. Additional amounts for an optional premium delivery service need not be reimbursed. We do not deduct outbound duties or taxes from this statutory refund merely because we cannot recover them.

Reimbursement is due without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after notification of cancellation. Unless we offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without incurring a fee.

You are liable for diminished value only from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning, and only where permitted by law.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from statutory change-of-mind cancellation where the law permits. A standard product being made after ordering or sold as a pre-order does not by itself make it exempt. Rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain.

Six-month limited commercial warranty

BLANKWERKS provides a six-month commercial warranty from delivery for verified manufacturing defects. Email us to make a claim. We may reasonably request photographs, installation details or return of the product for inspection. Depending on the defect, we will repair or replace the product or provide an appropriate refund, subject to any greater statutory remedy.

This warranty excludes damage caused by improper installation, incompatible hardware, unauthorised modification, misuse, neglect, accidents, impacts, external heat, normal wear or normal cosmetic ageing. These exclusions do not exclude an independent manufacturing defect.

Our products are designed for track use. Track or competition use alone does not void the warranty. Damage caused by a crash, impact or misuse is not covered.

Minor carbon weave, finish or other manufacturing variations are not defects unless they affect safety, fit, function, structural integrity or conformity with the description.

This commercial warranty is additional to statutory rights. It does not limit applicable legal guarantees, including the minimum two-year legal guarantee where EU consumer law applies, or any longer protection required by local law.
